As a public speaker, I have traveled throughout most of the United States. This has given me a unique opportunity to sample foods from hundreds of cafes, restaurants, bars and hotels. When you are on the road for work, meals come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes dinner ends up being a hot dog, but occasionaly you land a spectacular meal in a swanky D.C. hotspot.
